Return Policy:

At VipPatioFurniture.com, your Satisfaction is our #1 priority. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return your item(s) within 45 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Returned merchandise must be in new, resellable condition including original packaging. Actual Freight charges incurred from 'Free Shipping' orders will be deducted from refund amount. Customer is responsible for all return freight charges. VipPatioFurniture.com is not responsible for lost return shipments and strongly recommend using a reliable carrier offering insurance(i.e. FedEx, UPS, Truckline). Returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. If you would like to return an item, please e-mail or call us for an RA # and return instructions. All returned merchandise must include valid RA # marked in a visible location on the package. All merchandise returned without a valid RA # will be refused by the shipping department.

Return Policy for Cushions / Pillows:

All cushions and pillows are custom made to order. Returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee. Returned cushions must be in new, unused condition.

If you would like to return an item, please e-mail or call us for an RA # and return instructions. All returned merchandise must include valid RA # marked in a visible location on the package. All merchandise returned without a valid RA # will be refused by the shipping department.

Exchanges:

Items can be exchanged for other items in our store with no restocking fee(some exceptions apply). Customers are responsible for all additional shipping charges to and from when exchanging an item.

Defective Items:

If any items you ordered are defective, please notify us immediately, so we can assist you with the best resolution. All Furniture is warranted through its respective manufacturer. These warranty claims must be made directly through the manufacturer. We are always glad to assist you if you need any help.

Order Discrepancies:

In the event that your merchandise does not match what you ordered, please notify immediately or no later then 5 days of receipt. If the problem was due to our error, we will do everything possible to resolve the situation.

Damaged Shipments & Damage Claims:

Upon receipt of your order, please thoroughly inspect your package(s) for damage BEFORE SIGNING ANYTHING. In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, please notify the carrier immediately AND we must notified within 48 hours in order to file a claim. We cannot file any claims in which were notified of damage after item(s) were signed for. Upon approval of your claim we will, at our discretion: a) ship a replacement for the damaged item or b) provide replacement parts to restore the item to the condition advertised.

Closeout Items:

All items labeled as “Closeout Items” or items found in our “Closeout Section” are sold as is and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Order Change Requests / Cancellations:

Once an order is submitted, it cannot be changed or canceled without authorization. If you would like to change or cancel an order you have already placed, you must call us immediately. If it has not shipped or been processed, we will honor your request at no additional charge. Please, Do Not E-mail Order Cancelation/Change Requests. Cancelations after your order has shipped will be subject to a (15% restocking fee plus shipping charges to and from). Any refusal of a product after it has been shipped will also be subject to a ( 15% restocking fee plus shipping charges to and from). Customers are responsible for shipping charges for all returns, order cancellations and refused orders.
